Cedar of Lebanon

cedar-of-lebanon-s.jpg

Cedar of Lebanon is perhaps one of the most striking of Britain's park trees, gracing many stately homes and widely planted by the Viictorian's, many specimen trees are now reaching an age where they are prone to falling over offering a a rare chance for us to acquire this fabulous timber.

Usually available only as small turning blanks and boards we have much larger pieces including a 5" slab of over a metre squared, waney edged boards as well as sawn planks.

Fragrant, easy to work and durable to rot and insect attack this is perfect for exterior furniture but also most excellent for blanket boxes where its natural resins repel clothes moths,
