Garden Rooms

The Wareham Woodshop designs, manufactures and installs beautiful bespoke garden rooms. Whether you have a fully developed idea or are starting from scratch, our team can work with you to create a building tailored to your requirements. Visit our design studio above the joinery workshop and speak with to our architectural designer, who can develop your project through 3D visualisations, plans and detailed working drawings, including cutting lists. We can also provide planning advice and assist with Permitted Planning Development proposals. Once your design is finalised, you can select the perfect timber for your project from our extensive timber showroom, with expert advice from our team to help you make the right choice. Your building can then be manufactured in our workshops before being carefully delivered ready for on-site installation.

Home studio and yoga space in cedar cladding with iroko doors. Lined in birch ply panels with underfloor heating and a shower wet room this pool side studio has immense versatility and is a bright, warm and useful space that sits beautifully in its landscape.

This rustic waney edge larch clad garden room hs a corrugated galvanised roof with iroko doors and windows and a pitch pine floor. 

With 100mm thick stud walls it can be fully insulated and has a host of options:

  1. Choice of roofing materials - slate, clay tile, thatch or corrugated steel

  2. choice of flooring

  3. different claddings - vertical cedar boards, waney edge horizontal, featheredge or shiplap

  4. choice of windows and doors

  5. roof lights

  6. plumbing and electrics

This charming garden bar doubles up as a home craft studio with an upper loft area for the kids playroom.

Covered outside seating with bar hatch this also has a kitchen, bar fridges and ice cream freezer.

Slate roof and larch featheredge cladding, we utilised reclaimed windows, lead tiles and roof filials to create a quirky utterly bespoke structure to suit a multitude of requirements and enhance the garden area.

Bespoke creations are a speciality, we will listen carefully to your requirements, skecth some drafts and when the final design is agreed we can produce accurate working drawings to fabricate the structure in our workshop for flat pack delivery and final installation.

This combined workshop and mower garage with log store to side was built upon the dwarf walls of an old Victorian greenhouse.
