Sequoia - Coast Redwood

Sequoia, the world's tallest tree, grows up to nearly 4oo' in its native West Coast USA. Planted here in Victorian times as an ornamental tree that is rarely felled, but does occasionally get blown over, and we are lucky to have some!

Our boards are up to 4" (100mm) thick and can be  used for exterior and interior furniture, being resistant to insect attack and rot. Turns well and can have very attractive figuring. Our boards display a gorgeous pink hue and will not hang around for long.
